mind over chatter: the introvert in the extroverted world
Undergraduate thesis. Introversion and extroversion are both the simplest and most complicated traits we possess as human beings. I created Mind Over Chatter because two heads are better than one. Two types are better than one. Two mindsets, two approaches, two views of the world exist. Yet only one is allowed dominance in both society and biology. Whether consciously or not, introverted qualities are routinely looked at as deficient or mistaken for something else entirely.

NxtUp Philly is a two-week celebration in October highlighting Philadelphia's creative community. In 2009, its inaugural year, I designed promotional print pieces aimed to bring creatives to an online calendar where they could add events.

puppy love
Puppy Love is New York City director Lorena de Miranda Marques' upcoming documentary film on the relationships between dogs and their owners. To help Ms. Marques collect donations to fund the film and gain interest in the project, I created a website and mailing materials with a bold and clean look.

a nyu-poly guide
A Year in Brooklyn is a booklet detailing a variety of attractions in Brooklyn, distributed by The Polytechnic Institute of New York University (NYU-Poly). Aimed at prospective international students, this booklet highlights both famous tourist attractions and locales off the beaten path. Bright colors and bold text hint at one of New York's most renowned assets: the subway.

laurel hill gourmet
beans & grains
Packaging labels for a new line of specialty beans and grains for Laurel Hill, a brand of Chex Foods. Laurel Hill's brand guidelines were expanded on this project, which was launched in Whole Foods stores in early 2011.
